Senior Military Advisor to the Commandant for the Iraqi Army Service and Support Institute (IASSI). He advised the Commandant for the IASSI and OIC for CMATT. He was esponsible for the force protection and life support of 26 Military Advisors, a 30-person interpreter team, and 70 Iraqi staff members and instructors. He provided logistics doctrinal guidance, mentorship and recommendations to the Commandant, Executive Officer, and the Logistics Training Wing Commander. He provided direction for program of instruction (POI) development, planning and execution of logistical and medical institute operations. He also mentored the Iraqi Staff on establishing new CSS courses. He oordinated operationally with HQ CMATT, IASSI staff, and Coalition counterparts to ensure requirements were resourced and that an optimal training environment was established and maintained. As a contractor he served in several logistics based Program level leadership roles in and throughout Afghanistan. He was responsible for synchronizing, controlling, reporting, and managing the automated supply chain distribution system while developing strategies and systems to collect and record logistical data from then National Depot through the Forward Support Depot to the Logistic Kandak’s. He Provided mentorship and training to the Multi-National Force and the Afghan national Army concerning all aspects of logistical processing system operations. As a Capture Manager, he won many business opportunities by identifying the resources; oversees bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies. He managed the transition from business opportunity to proposal development to award.
