Founder/CEO

Talented and versatile Marine Veteran and logistics professional, offering over 10 years of progressive experience in logistics programs, personnel supervision and operational support within DoD Contingency Operations.

He is experienced in organization and logistical support for large-scale equipment and supply storage facilities; performing accurate inventory, inspection, classification property accountability and shipment of stored materials and equipment. He is experienced, skillful and safety-conscious.

Kamal is OSHA certified, with thorough knowledge of military and contractor warehousing procedures. He is experienced in Army Wholesale Activity in support of Army Propositioned Stock (APS) Operations and Retrograde Property Assistance Team (RPAT) Operations.

He is detail focused having managed preparation and maintenance of status and operational reports, personnel records and authored numerous key documents that have enhanced the business of clients; such as Standard Operating Procedures, Program Plans and Work Instructions.

He has a solid understanding and experience with multiple Supply related Database systems including SAP. Kamal has outstanding leadership abilities with solid communication and counseling skills that promotes positive working relationships with clients, team members, and the companies senior management. He is motivated and results-oriented; thriving in deadline-driven, high-pressure situations. He has completed several successful contracts in potentially hazardous locations.

Theodore Chriss

VP of Operations

Indicated by his experience, diversity, and abilities in crafts, warehousing, material control,expediting and procurement, he has demonstrated that he can create, develop, and implement procedures and supervise workforce under extreme conditions, in any location.

He provided vision, direction, and implementation in the creation of the Kellogg Brown And Root (KBR) Expediting Department at Camp Anaconda, Iraq. He wrote several procedures and directives included in the KBR expediting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). He mentored Subcontract Administrators (SCAs)and performed “Peer Reviews” on proposals prior to submittal to the KBR Compliance Review Team.

Theodore was the Sole Subcontracts Administrative Specialist at VSE International Group , Egyptian NAVSEA Project.He was recruited by VSE Procurement Director to resolve procurement problems within the department. He documented Cost Savings (VSE Corp) via price negotiations during his tenure in Egypt.

He also worked at the VSE Headquarters. As a Senior Subcontracts Administrator he was the only member of his Procurement team to be retained by VSE Management after the emergency evacuation from Egypt, while working on the Egyptian NAVSEA Project.

Total Quality Management professional who has directly or indirectly managed multiple contracts at a country level. He has successfully enrolled and recertified three companies into ISO:9001 through the Lords of London (ITT), Perry Johnson (AC-First), and NQA (Leidos). Successfully merged five companies (Prime and four Subcontractors) to one mission focus in the Quality and ESH Management.

He has created and facilitated the creation of Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) in accordance with Data Item Descriptions to ensure product and service realization by the United States Government and vested parties. He has review company specific and third-party Non-Conformance Reports (Corrective Action Requests) issued for validity and respond with Root Cause and Corrective Actions Plans or rebutted findings by customers providing objective evidence of compliance.

Luis has published or facilitated the publishing of hundreds of documents to include: Plans, Project Operating Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Policies, Process Maps, Organizational Charts, Forms, Manuals, Directives, Guides, and Pamphlets.
